Application:
BCJXLJX-60-I Automatic Grooving&Lead Laying & Gluing AIO Machine is used for grooving and gluing lead process(this is the first process for wooden pencil processing, the latter process is hydraulic process), through the turntable,the pencil leads will be put on the slat slot and then gluing into sandwich slats precisely.
The machine uses 2 separate system to gluing the leads and slats,automatic precision for the gluing can effectively control the excess and waste glues,Improve the quality of pencils. Sandwish slats can be collected by automatic collection device to reduce the labor costs and improve production efficiency.
Lead laying & Gluing machine can be used stand-alone flexibility,more consistent with customers' different needs.
